“We bought a Vauxhall Zafira from West Wycombe Motors in 2007 and I was impressed with the service I received, so much so that I recommended a colleague at work to go there when she wanted to buy a second-hand Vauxhall. The staff are polite and efficient, as well as being helpful, knowledgeable, but not overbearing.
Since 2007, the car has been regularly serviced and repaired and I would not take it to any other garage because I know West Wycombe Motors are trustworthy. You are kept up-to-date with what needs repairing and the cost. Also they offer a collection service and arrange a courtesy car if required. Last month, an exhaust warning light came on when I was driving back from Wales. I phoned West Wycombe Motors at 4.50 pm on my return. The car was picked up that Tuesday evening and because I needed a vehicle by Thursday, I was left a courtesy car on the understanding that if I didn’t need to use it then I wouldn’t be charged for it. On Wednesday, I was kept informed of the repairs needed to the car (including a new radiator), and it was returned to me on the Wednesday evening, so I had no need to drive the courtesy car. West Wycombe Motors kept to their word and I wasn’t charged for the courtesy car. I receive a loyalty customer discount and their MOT and repair service is excellent and their high standard of efficiency and thoroughness as remained the same over the years.
